I'm really unfit / overweight / out of shape... is this for me?

Yes this is literally who Body Blast is built for. Every single member walked through our doors feeling exactly the same way you do now. We scale every session to your level so you'll never be the odd one out, and your coach takes care of progressing you safely.

I've never been in a gym before. Won't I feel out of place?

SPS Fitness isn't a typical gym. It's a private studio for people exactly like you men and women over 30 who want to feel better, not pose for selfies. Our community is famously friendly. You'll know names by your second session.

How much does it cost?

We deliberately don't list prices on the website because Body Blast isn't a one-size-fits-all programme. On your free call, we'll explain the investment based on what's right for your goals and schedule. Most members find it costs less than they expected and significantly less than a standard 1-to-1 PT.

How long until I see results?

Most members feel different within the first 2 weeks: better sleep, more energy, clothes fitting differently. Visible physical change typically shows in weeks 3-4. Real transformation comes at the 6-12 week mark when nutrition and training compound together.

Will I have to give up alcohol, chocolate, or takeaways?

No. Sustainable nutrition isn't about cutting out the things you enjoy. It's about understanding the basics so you can still have a glass of wine at the weekend or a meal out without derailing your progress. We teach you the principles, you keep your life.

How many sessions a week do I need to do?

Three sessions a week is the sweet spot. Enough to see real change, not so much that it takes over your life. We have multiple session times each day so you can fit training around work, family and everything else.

I have an injury or health condition. Can I still join?

Most likely yes. We coach members with all sorts of conditions bad backs, dodgy knees, shoulder issues, post-surgery rehab. The free call is the time to talk this through. If we can't safely help you, we'll be honest about that and point you to who can.

What if I book the call and it's not for me?

That's completely fine. The whole point of the call is for both of us to figure out if we're a good fit. There's no pressure, no follow-up calls trying to talk you into it. If we're not right for each other, you'll leave the call with clear advice anyway.
