No Faff.
I haven't trained for years, will I cope?
Yes. Most of our members hadn't trained for years when they started. Every exercise is scaled to your level. You don't need to be fit to start, you get fit doing the programme. Plenty of women have started with us after a decade out of any kind of training and made huge progress in six weeks.
What if I feel out of place or judged?
Body Blast is small group, women only, maximum 12 per session. Everyone you train with is on the same journey. There's no posing, no selfies, no judgement. Lots of our members say the social side is what they value most.
Do I have to give up wine and chocolate?
No. Sustainable nutrition isn't about cutting out the things you enjoy. It's about understanding the basics so you make better choices most of the time. You'll still have wine at the weekend.
How many sessions a week do I need to do?
2 to 3 sessions a week is the sweet spot. Enough to see real change, not so much that it takes over your life. You can book flexibly across our timetable: mornings, evenings or weekends.
I have an injury, can I still join?
Most likely yes. Our coaches are experienced at working around common injuries (lower back, knees, shoulders). Mention it on the call and we'll talk you through how we'd approach it.
