I haven't trained in years, will I keep up?
Yes. Most members haven't trained in years when they start. Every session is scaled to your level. You don't need to be fit to start, you get fit doing the programme. Plenty of blokes have come in after 10+ years out of the gym and made huge progress in six weeks.
Is this just lads grunting in a corner?
No. Body Blast is small group, max 12 per session, no ego, no posing. Everyone you train with is a normal bloke in their 30s, 40s or 50s, on the same journey. The vibe is supportive, not competitive.
Will I have to give up beer and takeaways?
No. Sustainable nutrition isn't about cutting out the things you enjoy. We teach the basics so you can make better choices most of the time. You'll still have a beer at the weekend.
How many sessions a week do I need?
2 to 3 sessions a week is the sweet spot. Enough to see real change, not so much that it takes over your life. Flexible booking across mornings, evenings or weekends, depending on your schedule.
I've got a dodgy back / knees / shoulders. Can I still train?
Most likely yes. Our coaches are experienced at working around common injuries. Mention it on the call and we'll talk you through how we'd approach it. Lots of our members started with niggles they thought ruled them out.
